In Memoriam Grigory Dmitriev

To our deep regret, our experienced team colleague Grigory Dmitriev, who worked for the Kola Science Centre in Northwest Russia, has deceased. Grigory, who was also Vice Chairman of the World Wind Energy Council, will be deeply missed. We wish his family and everyone close to Grigory strength in bearing their great loss.
