Windlife signs a Preliminary Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)

Today the company announced that a preliminary PP for future deliveries of electricity has been signed with the Murmansk wholesale company Kolaregionenergosbyth. Both companies are still awaiting implementation of a “capacity support scheme” by the Russian federal government. Once this will be implemented, Windlife and Kolaregionenergosbyth expect to agree on a final PPA document on or before January 1, 2012.
