Windlife secures cooperation agreement for grid connection with MRSK

Windlife Energy BV has secured the future cooperation of the St Petersburg based company MRSK, which is the grid owner in the Kola Peninsula. Discussion were held with the local subsidiary of MRSK, the company Kolenergo. According to the preliminary documents, Windlife will build its own sub-station adjacent to the wind park. Windlife expects to further involve a major Dutch electro-technical engineering firm to make the detailed plans and to represent Windlife in further negotiations with MRSK/Kolenergo.
